Canada

CMA Infobase: Maintained by the Canadian Medical Association. The CMA Infobase provides the most comprehensive database of Canadian clinical practice guidelines, with over 2000 professionally endorsed statements, many available in both official languages. Only guidelines produced or reviewed in the past 5 years by recognized expert groups are included.

SOGC Guidelines: produced by the Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada.

United States

American Congress of Obstetricians & Gynecologists (ACOG): ACOG’s Clinical Practice Guidelines, Practice Bulletins and Committee Opinions are currently available on-line for ACOG members only, but are issued monthly in their journal, Obstetrics & Gynecology, and compiled annually as a book, Compendium of Selected Publications. Both are available in the library.

American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM): guidelines for assisted reproduction. Available on-line to ASRM members only, but also published in their journal, Fertility and Sterility.

National Comprehensive Cancer Network Guideline.

National Guideline Clearinghouse (NCG): international resource for evidence-based clinical practice guidelines (over 100 available for female genital and pregnancy complications), partly sponsored by the American Medical Association.

International

RCOG Guidelines (U.K.): provided by the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists.
