JBI Database of Systematic Reviews and Implementation Reports now available
Your MUHC Librarians are happy to announce the addition of a new subscription to our collection: the JBI Database of Systematic Reviews and Implementation Reports.
Published by the Joanna Briggs Institute, the journal includes protocols and systematic reviews of international research literature on nursing and allied health topics, as well as best practice implementation reports.
A few examples of recently published articles:
- Perceptions, experiences and preferences of patients receiving a clinician’s touch during intimate care and procedures: a qualitative systematic review
- Prevention of neonatal unplanned extubations in the neonatal intensive care unit: a best practice implementation project
- Management of skin toxicity caused by epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitors: an evidence-based implementation project
The MUHC Libraries’ subscription covers articles published from 2012 to the present. Articles from the journal can be found when searching Medline, PubMed, Embase or CINAHL Complete. You can also access the journal directly by clicking the “E-Journals” link under the MUHC column in the Quick Links menu and typing “JBI”.
